How to delete your JW Habits social account
If you would like to delete your JW Habits social account and associated data, you can do so directly in the app or by contacting us via email.
Delete Account in the App
You can delete your account directly within the app by following these steps:
- Open the app and navigate to your Profile.
- Tap the gear icon in the top right corner to open the settings.
- Select “Delete Account” and confirm your choice.
Your account, profile, and associated social data will be permanently deleted.

If you are unable to access the app or prefer to request deletion by email, you can contact us at:
Please send the email from the address associated with your account. This is required to verify your identity and process the deletion request.
What Gets Deleted
Deleting your account removes the following data from our servers:
- Your account and login credentials
- Profile data (display name, username, avatar, bio)
- Friend connections and requests
- Activity feed events
- Reactions and streak challenges
- Privacy settings and social data
Local data stored only on your device is not affected by account deletion. You can remove it by uninstalling the app.
