1. About the App

• JW Habits is a personal study and routine planner designed to help users build spiritual habits.
• The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Jehovah's Witnesses or the Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society.
• All content and features are independent and intended for personal use only.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the App.
• By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Subscription & Payment

Certain features of the App require an active subscription.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription in App Store settings after purchase.
• Free trials (if offered) convert automatically into paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
• We do not process or store payment details; all payments are handled securely by Apple.

4. Use of the App

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or distribute the App.
• Misuse any part of the App or interfere with its functionality.
• Upload or share harmful, illegal, or offensive content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User Content

The App allows you to add personal notes, experiences, or study-related information. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for the content you create.
• You will not add content that violates the rights of others.
• You grant us a limited right to store, process, and sync your data as required for App functionality.
• We do not share your data with third parties except as needed for app services (see our Privacy Policy).

6. Intellectual Property

• All design elements, icons, graphics, code, and content in the App are the intellectual property of JW Habits (the developer) unless otherwise stated.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse the App's content without permission.

7. Not Affiliated with Jehovah's Witnesses

• JW Habits is a privately developed tool created for personal habit tracking.
• It is not produced, approved, or supported by Jehovah's Witnesses or any official religious organization.
• All trademarks, references, or materials remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available."
• We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any specific purpose.
• Use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent subscription period (if any).

10. Changes to the App

• We may update or modify the App or these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated within the App.
• Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App.
• You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, unless otherwise required by your local jurisdiction.
